Welcome to iLAB Foundation, a dynamic non-profit organization based in the heart of Soweto. What began as a small initiative in a driveway has blossomed into an influential force in skills development, now proudly operating from the historic Funda Centre in Zone 6, Diepkloof. Our journey has been one of growth, community, and a passion for empowering individuals through education and hands-on learning.

At iLAB Foundation, we offer unique skills development programs designed to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Our innovative approach sets us apart from traditional training programs in South Africa. We go beyond the classroom by engaging learners in interactive excursions to industry-specific expos, events, and companies, ensuring that our learners gain real-world insights that are crucial for their success.

What makes iLAB truly special is our commitment to **Continuous Personal and Professional Development (CPPD)**. Unlike other programs that primarily focus on CPD (Continuous Professional Development) points, we prioritize holistic growth—helping individuals develop not just professionally, but personally. This approach ensures that our learners are equipped with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to thrive in their careers and in life.

Our programs are internationally recognized and accredited, offering valuable CPD points that contribute to career advancement. However, at iLAB, we believe that development is a lifelong journey, and our aim is to foster a learning environment where personal and professional growth go hand in hand.

We are proud to serve the community of Soweto and beyond, offering accessible, high-quality training that empowers individuals and drives positive change. Join us at iLAB Foundation, where learning meets opportunity, and where your journey of continuous development begins.
